How do I see what's next?

When the current sale is gone, a new sale will replace it. There's no guessing what item comes next, but we won't leave you hanging. If you really want to move to the front of the crowd, get alerts. You won't miss another deal. Unless you're in the shower. There are no alerts in the shower.


I missed the last sale, can I still get one?

If it didn't completely sell-out, catch it again later. There's another great reason to get alerts.


If I buy more, can I get a better deal?

You can get a deal on shipping by holding items in your Cart, but the item you bought was already 50-80% off. Don't be greedy.


Can I make a purchase over the phone?

That would be cheating. Orders can only be placed on our web site. And besides, its a one-page checkout process so calling would be harder on us both.


What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. No money orders, cashier's checks, or IOUs. The sale would be finished by the time payment arrives.


How do I create an account?

You'll get the chance to create an account if you purchase or comment on a sale. We made this really easy, because we know how fast people run from the dreaded "Create a new account" form.


What are my shipping options?

This part rocks. We offer a variety of Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight and Worldwide shipping options. We only sell one item at a time, but shipping one item at a time can get expensive.

This is why we give you the option of holding each item in your Cart after purchase. Additional purchases cost only $0.99 to ship as you buy and hold more items in your Cart. You choose when to ship everything at the time of purchase or from your account. We'll continue to hold your Cart for up to 1 week after your latest purchase, then we'll ship it to you automatically.

That's the old "put all my stuff in one box" trick.


I didn't get a receipt, what should I do?

Check your junk mail, or spam folder. If it's not there, go to your account and review your purchases. If it's not there either, you must have dreamed it, but contact us just in case.


Can I track shipments?

Of course! We'll send you an email and tracking number as soon as your items ship. You can also check the your account for up to the moment tracking status on every purchase. That is much quicker.


What is a "last chance sale"?

It's our version of a closeout. We lose, you win, and all last chance sales are final. Worried you might miss one? Sign up for e-mail alerts.


Can I return something I bought on "last chance sale"?

All advertised last chance sales are final. See below for detail.


Can I return other items?

You can return almost any unused item, that was not purchased during a last chance sale, within 30 days (see exceptions below). All refunds are paid in $$$ LastChanceCash, which helps keep you involved, and helps keep our deals awesome. Returns are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, on weekdays only.

Write your purchase number(s) on the package and ship to:

If you remove tags or lose the original bag, expect a 10% re-stocking fee to be applied to your credit. Sorry, we can't accept returns that have been washed, worn or stained.

How do I check the status of my return?

Check out your account. It's really useful in times like this, and it just happens to contain your purchase status. Once a return is processed, that purchase will be displayed with a "Returned" status.


Can I cancel stuff on hold in my cart?

So you bought an item, put it on hold, and then decided to change your mind? You're just toying with our emotions. Cancellations are treated just like returns with a $1 re-stock fee. Hey, what if you bought the item someone else really wanted? That's justice. Look for the "cancel" button next to the item on hold in your Cart.

All refunds are paid in $$$ LastChanceCash.


An item I bought was defective, what will you do about it?

Please contact help@lastchanceroad.com and a replacement will be provided if available. You will be fully compensated in any case and you may be sent a return shipping label to ship the item back. If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and resolve the problem as quickly as possible, while offering you a refund or replacement.


Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship international. Outside of the US, you may be responsible for customs & duties fees that we can't estimate. Sorry about that. If you've ever bought anything from another country, you're probably used to it already. International shipping rates are calculated in real-time on our awesome checkout page.

We offer USPS Priority International as a courtesy to international customers which may eliminate additional customs & brokerage fees depending on the circumstance. Please contact us for more information on this matter.


What is "talk it up" all about?

It's is for leaving comments... comments about a sale, comments about the other comments, etc. If you're offended by any of the comments, we're sorry. Please leave a comment about it.


Are there any rules to posting comments?

Are the items you sell for real? 1st quality? 100% authentic?

Every item we carry comes direct from the original factory or through authorized specialists. We thoroughly inspect factory records and contracts before making a purchase. If there were ever an instance where an item's authenticity is questioned, we would take full responsibility for it. But, rest assured that every item is 1st quality and 100% authentic.


Can I get my LastChanceCash refunded back to my credit card?

There is never a circumstance where Cash may be converted into cash or refunded to a credit card. Please understand this before making a purchase.


What if I have a suggestion?
